Who is responsabile for the collection of data for our websites?

Data processing is provided by the manager of the website, cf. imprint.

We receive your data as you let us know them, i. e. when you fill a form.

Other data are automatically collected by the it system as you visit. These are primarily technical data, i. e. browser, operating system, time of visit collected automatically as soon as you enter the site.

For which ends do we use your data?
Part of the data serve the flawless operating of the site. Other data may be used to analyse user conduct and preferences.

What are your rights regarding your data?
At any given point in time you are eligible to learn free of charge about the source, recipient and use of your stored personal data. Furthermore you are entitled to demand  correction, suspension and deletion of these data. Cancellation of your Agreement to Data Processing
Much of data processing is only feasible with your personal consent. Any consent may be cancelled at any given point in time. Simple sending an e-mail is sufficient for cancellation. Data proccessing that already has taken place is not subject to the cancallation.

Right to Complain at Regulatory Body.
In case of GDPR related offences those concerned are eligible to complaint to the respective regulatory body. This body is the “Landesdatenschutzbeauftragte” or data protection officer of the Federal State of Germany where the company holds its registered office. Right of Data Transfer
You are entitled to view data personally or by providing them to a third party in a digitalized format as you authorize data which we process automatically based on your consent or as part of a contract. Transfer to a third party will only be done if technically feasible.

SSL- or TLS-encoding resp.
For security reasons and for secure data transfer, e. g. orders or requests adressing the website providers use SSL- or TLS-encoding resp. Encoded links are indicated as “http://” changes to “https://” and the lock symbol in the browser field.

As soon as SSL- or TLS-encoding resp, is activated data transfered may no longer be read by any thrid party.

Information, suspension, deletion
You are legally entitled to demand at any given point in time wioth out any payment being due informtion regarding stored data, their source and recipient and the purpose of data processing and if applicable you have got the right to demand correction, suspension and deletion of these data. Objection regarding spam mail
The imprint must not be used as a data source to send spam mail. Providers of these pages reserve the right to take legal action against unrequested information such as spam mails.

Data are not merged with data of other sources..

Data processing is based on German GDPR by-law Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which permits data processing in order to serve the fulfilment of a contract or any related pre-contract action.
